The American Civil Liberties Union of Maryland (ACLU) and Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) will be hosting a Constitution Day 2012 event featuring scholar and activist Dr. Cornel West.
This year’s event is entitled “We The People: Freedom of Assembly and Political Speech,” and consists of a panel discussion on the topics of free speech and public space. The panel includes Dr. West, and alongside him will be political activist Lisa Fithian, and artist Lize Mogel.
