Vacants to Value will be holding a developers’ roundtable breakfast event this Thursday, April 4th.  This event will give participants the chance to learn more about the Vacants to Value initiative, and influence the goals and operations of this organization.

The Vacants to Value program is a Baltimore Housing initiative started approximately two years ago.  The program works to transform vacant properties in Baltimore into valuable ones, often by demolishing or renovating properties.  The initiative has announced a goal of demolishing 1,500 vacant buildings and renovating another 1,500 properties within the next three years.

The breakfast will be held on:

Thursday, April 4th
8:30am
Zeta Center
4501 Reisterstown Road
Baltimore, MD 21215

An RSVP is required.  To RSVP, call 410-396-4111.
