Community Forum: Regulating Liquor in Baltimore City

For Alcohol Awareness Month, Citizens Planning and Housing Association (CPHA) invites community leaders to discuss a host of City and State proposals that will change the way we regulate liquor in Baltimore City. CPHA will be reviewing:
