Clean up the 1st and 13th Districts!

Baltimore’s 1st and 13th Districts are a study in contrasts and inequity across racial and socioeconomic lines. The 1st District consists of Baltimore’s prosperous Canton, Harbor East, and Fells Point communities that have experienced heavy gentrification and investment, while the the 13th District is composed of some of our city’s most racially segregated and economically distressed neighborhoods. Communities that have historically been neglected by the public and private sector alike.

Join Councilwoman Shannon Sneed, Councilman Zeke Cohen, and their many community partners as they work to break down the barriers that separate these two districts and beautify neighborhoods on the border of these two districts. Afterwards, there will be a community festival in Library Square. Click here, for more information and to register.

The cleanup will be:

Sunday, July 9
158 N Linwood Ave
Baltimore, MD 21224
