Attend Baltimore County Council Meetings

With over 800,000 residents Baltimore County is the largest jurisdiction in the Baltimore region and the third largest in the state of Maryland. Yet what happens there doesn’t always get a lot of attention. Attending legislative sessions of the Baltimore County Council gives observers of regional politics a chance to observe Baltimore County politics in action and see what issues are of importance to its elected officials and residents. There is also a chance for attendees to speak to the County Council directly through an “open mic” session at the end of the meeting.

The next two legislative sessions are as follows:

Monday, September 16 and Monday, October 2
Historic Courthouse
400 Washington Ave
Towson, MD 21204
