Join us this year to discuss the upcoming developments around the West Baltimore MARC station and the planned Red Line stop. What challenges will the community face? What development opportunities exist? What resources are needed? How does this affect Baltimore as a whole?
Speakers this year include Mike Kelly of the Baltimore Metropolitan Council, and Klaus Philipsen, architect, planner and urban designer. We will also have updates from CMTA and the Baltimore Red Line, as well as a special video tour of the Ice House (the vacant warehouse North of the MARC station stop).
Food will be provided by the new Mt. Vernon market and cafe, Milk and Honey.
The event will also include the presentation of the Ferebee and Froelicher awards, and updates on the organization’s accomplishments and projects from the past year.
