CPHA is planning an event where you can experience a fascinating glimpse into the mind and life of America’s first African-American Supreme Court Justice.
All proceeds from the performance will benefit Citizens Planning & Housing Association, Inc.
The one-man performance will be performed by Lenneal J. Henderson, Distinguished Professor of Government and Public Administration and Senior Fellow at the William Donald Schaefer Center for Public Policy and a Senior Fellow in the Hoffberger Center for Professional Ethics at the University of Baltimore. Dr. Henderson has been a consultant to federal, state and local government as well as to the corporate sector and the nonprofit sector for more than thirty years. His areas of expertise include: housing, education policy, energy management, environmental policy and public management. He is the author or editor of four books and forty-two articles. He received his A.B., M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of California, Berkeley. In addition to his portrayal of Thurgood Marshall, Henderson has also appeared as Martin Luther King, Jr.
